Full Time☑️ Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
☑️ Sound Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
☑️ Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
☑️ Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
☑️ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
☑️ Ability to handle data with confidentiality
☑️ Good organizational and time management skills
Nice to Have
☑️ Experience with recruitment processes such as sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts, etc.
☑️ Familiarity with performance management procedures
☑️ Experience in scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events, etc.
☑️ Knowledge of coordinating training sessions and seminars
☑️ Ability to produce and submit reports on general HR activity
☑️ It can be considerable according to work experience
☑️ Weekend: Saturday & Sunday
☑️ Working Hour: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
